I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.

For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."

Romans 1:16-17 NIV
For Parents Only

Do you ever think about whether or not you are holding on too tightly to something....maybe it's your job, your wealth, your children.  I know I have done this at times, especially with my children.  I think I can take care of them better than anyone.  Lord, forgive me.  God wants our all, and He promises that no matter what we go through He is there to walk with us through the situation.  There is no better place for our "treasures" to be than in the arms of a loving Creator.  Take some time today to inventory your life and make sure you are not holding anything back from God.  He wants your all!  He gave His all!
